Last month we featured our oldest and largest orphanage—Grace Home in India. This month, I’m bringing you to the other end of the world—Tyumen, Siberia. Orphans First actually supports two different works in Tyumen—one is Comforter’s Cover Orphanage with about 12 children; the other is an outreach to 18 blind children. Orphans First provides monthly newsletters to sponsors, updating them on
specific children or children’s projects benefiting from Orphans First
support. For your convenience, these updates are also posted here each month,
and archived, so that you can follow the progress of Orphans First work,
and pray with us.
To become a regular prayer partner, you can subscribe
to the Orphans First Prayer Chain. You’ll then receive regular
prayer requests and updates to your email address. These are usually about
once a week, but sometimes more if urgent needs arise (or less if there
is no new prayer request or update).

plight of the suffering children (although the blog is not exclusively on
